The room was perfect with air conditioning, a minibar, and a private bathroom. Had free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a laptop safe. The views of the lake were stunning, especially at sunset. The fitness center and indoor pool were awesome for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We checked out a great theater performance and a fun live music venue. The accessibility to the train made getting around super easy. Pro tip—definitely get the city view. it's stunning! Overall, a solid experience, and the valet service made things super convenient.
The only downside was the small bathroom. it felt pretty cramped. But honestly, it didn't ruin our trip. Just something to keep in mind for future guests.

Recommend it for solo travelers
Honestly, the staff were top-notch. Kiki at the front desk was all smiles when I checked in, really made me feel at home, and even called to check on me later. Plus, I had this other guy Matt, who was genuinely helpful when I needed some guidance.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?

Had an amazing experience checkin' in with one of the staff Emari, he was really helpful, just what I needed after a long day, you know? My room had a beautiful view which really helped me unwind after all the chaos outside.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, running about $170 a night, but for what you get, it’s still reasonable.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the view from my room was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just a short walk to many attractions. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The front desk staff, especially Jackie, were friendly and helpful. My room had a great setup, perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, the bathroom was pretty cramped. The lack of separation between the shower, sink, and toilet was inconvenient, leaving the floor a puddle after using the shower. I found that annoying, especially considering the price I paid. The housekeeping service was efficient, though they did miss tidying up my room on the first night. I had to call down for them to come back. Overall, a nice stay despite the bathroom issues.

Direct access to McCormick Place makes this hotel a prime spot for trade shows. The room's views of the lake? Stunning, especially at sunrise when the cityscape lights up in the morning glow.
Biggest drawback? The bathroom felt cramped. Also, the layout of the common areas could be a bit confusing, making it tough to navigate without a map. Having limited food options right on-site was a slight letdown, considering the hotel’s size and guest capacity.
